Data entity to upload the linking of workers with sales group
In order to track salespeople on the POS, we are required to create a commission sales group and attach the sales representative by linking a worker.
There is a data entity available to upload the list of commission sales groups, however the linking of workers has to be done manually. This is a gargantuan task for customers having an excess of 1000 employees across their stores.
Additionally, the default sales group has to be mapped on the workers form so the salesperson is automatically fetched on the POS for the cashier account. This is also being done manually for each individual worker.
A data entity needs to be made available to upload this data via Excel on Data Management.

Perform price conversion on POS for UOM change based on trade agreement, and not base price
When performing the "Change unit of measure" operation on Store Commerce POS, currently the system will search for a unit-specific trade agreement and display that price. If unit-specific TA is not available, it takes the base price and applies the conversion defined against the item master.
This is an issue because the user then has to maintain multiple trade agreements for each unit, especially when changing the price in future.
Our suggestion is for the POS to apply the UOM conversion on the trade agreement price defined for the base UOM. This will avoid the cumbersome task of maintaining multiple trade agreement lines.
Strangely, this was how the Modern POS used to work. But on Store Commerce POS, the design was changed to search for unit-specific TA.

Prevent POS users from closing dual display window
For POS devices equipped with dual display screen, the corresponding window appears on the main screen's task bar when the Store Commerce application is open.
This allows the POS user to close the dual display window from the main screen by clicking on it via the task bar. This should not be allowed at all.

Allow store hours feature to configure hours past 12:00 AM
The "Store hours" feature allows user to configure working hours for each day.
However, for stores running 24 hours or closing past midnight, D365 does not allow user to input the closing time due to the error "
The store hours range cannot be saved because the close time must be greater than the open time".
Please allow configuration of store hours for timings that cross 12:00 AM.
