When exporting Notes with Rich Text on, HTML code displays in the description field. Control find & replace can be used but it's a cumbersome workaround that still leaves an excel file in a less than desired state. Ideally exports would not show this code. Rich Text can be disabled, and notes entered with Rich Text scrubbed, but the modified on/by stamps will update skewing Timelines.

Currently when viewing a Timeline record, note or activity, the only option is to see the modified on/by time stamps. It seems intuitive this should be able to be changed to the created counterparts. With other processes within CRM, for example reactivating a case cancelling a previous Case Resolution Activity, the modified display does not provide an accurate history of records within Timelines.

When re-activating a resolved case, the most current & already existing case resolution activity updates to cancelled. I'm wondering if that can be changed; because we cannot change the modified on stamp on activities within the timeline the case resolution cancellations cause an inaccurate view of what's happening with a case. It appears the case was originally resolved later than it actually was.

With the 2021 Wave 1 release one timeline "feature" was the @ mention functionality giving users to tag another user in notes using the @ symbol. This does work, after reaching out to a support engineer, however there is no way to notify an @ mentioned user. The @ mentions cannot be referenced in a workflow as the mention is not an entity or record, and there is no out of box functionality to say that if a user is mentioned, send the mentioned user an email. So the feature is essentially useless.
In working with Microsoft on this I was told "The functionality that you are seeing currently is by design and further assistance can’t be provided which you looking for building workflow/related customizations." Please Microsoft, add some sort of alert functionality for @ mentions! Our team was excited for the enhancement/feature which 100% was a let down.

When using Dynamics365, and clicking on the upper left hand corner ellipsis (square of 9 dots), users should be able to pin and unpin apps to/from the upper "Apps" area. There are currently 14 apps in this space that cannot be changed, and it would be helpful to be able to pin multiple power apps and/or different environment apps to this space.
