Workflow history able to save personalized view along with filtered columns

There is a lot of information in Workflow history > Tracking details list.

We would like to keep the filters on columns such as Context & Action to remain upon saved.
However, after saving personalized view with such filters, system will always reload without the filters intact.
Inventory posting to have Financial dimensions checking even though cost amount is 0

During the posting of Movement journal, if the cost amount is 0, there will be no account structure validation. (Financial dimension checking). It is due to the current design, no financial posting in ledger will not trigger the account structure validation.

Suggest to have the account structure validation enabled even though cost amount is 0. So that the posted amount after recalculation can be categories in the exact financial dimension setup.
