  • Print Preview from Outlook CRM record not available in 2013

    Since the upgrade, the option to print a form is not available when opened from outlook. If you open a form using the web, the print preview option is available and it prints all the information on the the form opened. If opened from outlook, the option is not there. There is no way to print the form if you are using outlook.

    Ctrl-P gives the print option, but prints only the frame you are on, so it is not useful. Please fix this as it deafeats the purpose of using outlook client.
