Ability to copy a row in a grid with CTRL+C
With an editable grid users can copy individual values in a grid with CTRL+C but they cannot copy an entire row. The customer would like to be able to copy entire rows from the unified interface client and then paste these rows into other documents. ASK: Add CTRL+C support to copy an entire row of a grid to the clipboard. -
Ability to filter "Recent Records" on a lookup
When clicking on a lookup field a list of recently opened records are displayed. This list does not respect the filtering conditions that have been applied to the lookup view. The customer sets conditions on the lookup view to make sure that users select records that are appropriate for that lookup but users are able to bypass these conditions by selecting a record from the "Recent Records" list. This can cause business logic errors for the customer. ASK: Add the ability to enforce filter conditions on the "Recent Records" list for a lookup. -

Currently we are only able to set one record on a Party List field like "TO/CC" on emails and "resources" on Service Activities during a Excel Import. As per the following page records that have localizable attributes such as Products can not be updated when using a display language that is not the base language of the organization. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customerengagement/on-premises/developer/localize-product-property-values#create-or-update-records-with-localizable-attributes Please consider lifting this restriction so that records with localizable attributes can be created/updated with any display language. -
Ability to navigate to the customer voice survey from the timeline entry on the related record
When a customer voice survey invitation is sent a timeline entry for the survey invitation is added to the related record. When we were using Forms Pro a user was able to click on the timeline entry and navigate to the survey. However, with Customer Voice we are no longer able to navigate to the survey record from the timeline entry. ASK: Please add the ability to navigate to the Customer Voice Survey by clicking on the timeline entry for the survey invitation. -
Add a custom flip switch control for Multi-select option set fields
Please consider adding a custom flip switch control for Multi-select option set fields. For instance if there were three options in a multi-select option set field we would like to be able to display this field as a series three on/off switches; one switch for each option in the option set. -
