  • Option to either include the project cost when the PO is invoiced Or Received

    When raising a PO from a project, the cost of the PO is not included in the project estimation until the PO has been invoiced.


    We would like a way to allow users to select when, the project cost is included, in the estimation.

    The setting would allow the PO cost to be included when the PO is invoice OR when the PO is received.


    When the PO is received, the cost appears in the P&L however this is not reflected in the project yet. We can have the cost tagged, as committed cost when the PO is received, but its not included in the estimation calculation.
