Design Change request for managed solution
I would like to disable QuickCreateForm for Case entity by my custom managed solution. However, it was reverted to enabled by Microsoft managed solution multiple times. It is happening because that component can be shipped by solutions from different product features belonging to Customer Service. Once it's overridden, we cannot change it by upgrading our custom managed solution, at this point, it was proved to be working as managed solution designed. We do have a workaround to apply a separate patch for disabling QuickCreateForm whenever this issue occurs. However, this procedure seems irritating.
Hence, I am writing here to grab more agreements from other customers who are potentially having the same concern and request Microsoft to plan a change on this design in the future.
