Sentiment function wanted for our local languages Swedish, Finnish, Danish. Norwegian (Bokmål) is included
When using Customer Voice, we want to use the function Sentiment as part of our reporting. But this is not possible today as it doesn't cover our Local Languages our customers reply with.
It's a smart solution and we would be very happy to get the opportunity to use Sentiment for our Customer Voice replies.
