  • Customisation of close activities

    Currently we cannot customise the close activities (opportunities etc). I would like to be able to add more fields to this activity so that the close dialogue prompts the user for this new information, as well as customise the form layout to enable the customer to collect the information they require during the close operation.

  • Customised entity names not reflected on the convert campaign dialogue

    When a quote/opportunity/order entity name is customised, the convert campaign response screen does not reflect the customised names. The dialogue text content should be customisable, since not having entity name customisations reflected on these dialogue forms is seen as a bug by customers.

  • MVP BUG: Opeing a record from prompt/response dynamic url does not show the correct record

    Reproduced using Version 6.0.0.1018 (CRM Online Fall �13)

    Setup Relationships:
    1:N Case->Service Assessment
    1:N Service Assessment->Support Strand

    Case Form:
    Inline subgrid of Service Assessments

    Steps:
    1. Open existing case
    2. Open existing related service assessment from inline subgrid
    3. Run dialog on service assessment
    Dialog:
    1. User selects from support strands
    2. Dialog creates an appointment regarding support strand
    3. Dialog shows link to new appointment

    The link shown from the dialog is:
    https://develop1ltd.crm4.dynamics.com//userdefined/edit.aspx?etc=4201&id=dd35d67c-9748-e311-ae55-d89d6763ef70

    But this then causes a redirect to the original service assessment not the appointment.
    If the original link is placed in a separate IE tab, then the same redirect happens, however there is no subsequent content frame request and the appointment is correctly displayed.

  • Enable Product Properties in Advanced Find and Reports

    When using Product Properties it is a significant limitation not to be able to search or report on the values entered. For instance, you could not search for all customers who had orders for a particular colour of product if you were using a product property for the colour.

  • Allow filtering and sorting of related entity records in Word Templates

    When creating Word Documents using a Document Template - allow filtering and sorting of the related records. If you are creating a Quote document you cannot sort using a sequence attribute or filter to only show a specific product type.

     

  • Do not duplicate header fields on Unified Client in phone form factor

    If there are fields in the unified client form header - they are shown as the first section on the phone form factor. This causes duplication when the same fields are in the first section of the form.

    Please consider automatically hiding the fields in the header when they are also in the first section on the form when viewed on the phone form factor.
