It would be great if temporary test users could be created without adding license nor creating new Azure AD users.

Sometimes admins don't have enough license to test as licenses they have are all assigned.

It's not desirable to purchase licenses only for test.

Users can get another new trial tenant for their test, but the test would not be sufficient because of solution relationship.

It would be much better if admins could create test user without adding license nor creating new user.

This would make Dynamics 365 (Online) more user-friendly, and they can test as much as they want.

On Dynamics 365 Sales, we want the function which can display pipeline phases on Opportunity comparing the specific past time.

For instance, displaying the report showing report or charts regarding both current month and last month can instantly tell us the Opportunity flow.

It would be much better if pipeline phases on Opportunity could be displayed comparing some past point.

Activity records created by quick campaign automatically has relationship to the original quick campaign.

The created activity records don't have relationship to Contact record, and the original quick campaign has relationship to the Contact.

Due to this behavior, created activity records cannot show the value of Contact records on their activity view as related field.

It would be much better if multiple relationships like Contact and Campaign could be automatically created when creating activity records from quick campaign.

Currently, Dynamics 365 Marketing scoring function doesn't work with the survey results on Dynamics 365 Customer Voice.

Dynamics 365 Customer Voice survey can directly check the customer's interest and concern so this would increase CVR and lead to more efficient scoring on Dynamics 365 Marketing.

We strongly suggest this survey result should work with Dynamics 365 Marketing scoring, such as returned surveys should be scored at least.

On a table like Case table, the first cursor location cannot be changed on default function when creating records.

Using "setFocus" by JavaScript can make this happen, but this takes a lot of procedure.

It would be convenient if the first cursor location could be changed on default function.

Dynamics 365 (Online) does not have a function to prevent data conflict.

If 2 users edit a same record, former change would be overwritten by latter change.

It would be great if some messages could be displayed when data conflict occurred including both UI and Excel import.

On Dynamics 365 Marketing, both data only field and date and time field cannot be properly populated at the same email as dynamic value after designating date format.

It would be either date and time or date only.

Also, it is difficult for users to put dynamic time information without using HTML.

It would be more convenient if respective time and date field value can be populated as default settings on Dynamics 365 Marketing Email.

Currently, conditional statements on word template are not supported on Dynamics 365 (Online), such as "If".

Conditional statements lead proper output and convenience.

It would be much better if word template could have conditional statements.

It would also reduce the trouble which manually changes the output and prepares another word template.

On task for project, 8 hours for setting 1 day cannot be changed at present.

This "8 hours" is not always for everyone, so it would be more convenient if this could be customized.

It would be much better if hours would be customizable when setting a day.
