Need ability to initiate and manage continuity program orders from POS similarly to functionality on Call Center. Membership/club type products are offered by many retailers, and there is a need to sign up a customer for the program and access child orders from POS to have picked up in store or shipped from the store.

When using Advanced Auto Charges, it would be very beneficial to have the calculated freight amount display on the shipping method buttons so that the customer can make an informed decision on how much the shipping of an order will cost. It is not known what the freight charge will be until after the shipping method is selected. This way the customer can pick the shipping method based on time and cost. Going back and forth between the transaction screen and the Shipping method screen to determine freight is not very user friendly.
