Provide a general parameter to say whether the deposit amount should include shipping charge.

If you now would have 50% desposit and the customer orders something with a shipping charge of 40. He deposit will include 20 for shipping. If the customer cancels his order in time/or later decides to do pickup in store, then you charged him 20 for nothing an a complete refund policy needs to start.

the suspended transaction operations now shows only time, operator id and amount.

On a bussy day some sales persons walk around with the customers and already enters the items. The customer then goes to the register to pay for the products (there might be a queue here). as sales is mostly registered on customer name, it would be good to see customer name in the suspended transaction screen so at the register they can easily find the suspended order.

When the customer comes to pick up ordered items in the store, you will look for the order and choose pickup.

There you get a list of items available for pickup. you have to select all of them one by one. An option 'select all' would be nice!

 With the Spring release came a new search option to show matching values and to filter on multiple words (see functionality profile).

Unfortunately this only applies to product search. Why not have it on customers as well.

If you have customers with a common last name that live in a common street name, would be good that you could search on both and only get the results that match all values.

For example Mr Smith in High Street, would now give all smiths and all people in High street.....

Currently, although an item is blocked for sales and you can't sell it at the pos anymore. Customers can still return the product.

it should be possible to indicate that if a product is stopped for sales that return is also not possible anymore.
