  • Declare start amount inPOS using cash declaration

    It would be nice to have the cash declaration in the declare start amount screen - like it is in the tender declation screen.

     

  • Correct amount in declare start amount

    When the start amount has been saved it is not possible to make adjustment to a lower amount.


    Example:

    The cashier types wrongly $1000 in start amount, it should have been $100

    Then it is not possible to correct, since new start amounts always will be added to the orginal posted start amount.

  • Check customer loyality balance on POS

    At the moment only RU functionality allows for checking the balance on a customer loyality card on POS.

    Please make this functionality available for all countries...

     

  • Translations on text on button on POS

    It is only possible to have one text on a button on the POS. It would save A LOT of maintenance if it were possible to have translations on the text on the buttons. Now we have to create one screen layout per country/language, but most of the time the settings/images are the same – only the text on the button needs a translation.

     

    We have customers with 30 different languages – it requires way to many screen layouts…

     

  • Make coupons available across legal entities

    It would be great if coupons could be setup to be allowed across legal entities - like gift cards and loyality program...

  • Miscellaneous charges and overrides on Return order

    In the call center functionality in AX2012 there was an option to setup price overrides rules for returns and mich charges

    This functianlity has not been implelemented in D365. Only the price overrides for prices has been implemented.

    Please vote to get this feature implemented in D365 as it was in AX2012

  • Option to post packingslip when receiving purchase orders on mobile device

    When receiving items on purchase orders using mobile device it would be nice to have the possibility to post the packingslip at the sames time as registering the items.

    Many companies use the same people in the warehouse for both steps, so it would be nice if the warehouse worker could finnish the receival proces on the mobile device in stead of having to go into D365 to post packingslip.

     

  • Retail mix/match discount with extra option of "to number of products needed"

    When setting up a mix/match discount the rule is to purchase the "package" to get the discount.

    But it would be good to have the option to choose from and to number of products needed - example: "buy 1x category A and 4x category B and get 20% on category B" and then continue to get the discount on item number 5, 6 etc. in category B.

    Is for example seen a lot in the furniture industry. Buy 1 dining table and 4 dining charis and get 20% off the dining chairs. But if the customer wants to purchase 5 chairs they should still get the 20% off the last chair.

    (could be solved by creating one more mix/match with the combination 1 and 5, one more with 1 and 6 etc. - I know, but the maintanance is then getting pretty big with many stores in different countries)
