Ratings and Reviews Email & Showing All Ratings.
I have two suggestions relating to the Ratings and Reviews feature on Site Builder:
- One of the big third-party review services (Power Reviews) has a feature where a customer is sent an email upon purchase to review the purchased product. I believe such a feature will boost customer engagement and increase the likelihood of capturing a product review from a customer.
- Currently, ratings for products show up in product list pages, search results, category pages, and elsewhere. This is great. However, products that have not been rated do not show a rating stars bar. I would suggest, for page consistency, that products that have not been rated still show a stars bar that has the stars greyed out and shows a (0) next to the stars bar indicating there have not yet been any ratings. If there is a category page where none of the products have been rated, it can appear to a shopper as though no ratings module exists.

Add support for displaying more than 5 images for a product
Hello all,
We feel that an organization may offer products for sale that could warrant having more than 5 images. Certain products that require more visual detail could benefit from such a feature. Limiting the number of images to 5 could actually hurt customer engagement for these more visually detailed items and feel the product would perform better if able to display more pictures.
Thanks,

URL Structure - products and categories
Hello all,
I think it would be useful to allow more flexibility with URL structure for product details pages or category pages. The URL structure for product details pages and category pages is as follows:
https://{domain} / {site} / {item name } / {recordid}.p
https://{domain} / {site} / {category name} / {recordid}.c
While the product URLs are following good practices for natural language by using the item name, it is relatively common to make minor changes to the name of a product, which in turn changes the product URL. This is not ideal for SEO and best practices; as noted by Google, any score built up by a URL will be lost if the URL changes. It would be a good idea to give the option to use the product item number (sku) instead of the product name to be used in the URL structure.
The other action item I feel would be beneficial to clients, is to hide the recordid.c and recordid.p. While we do have the ability to author custom URLs, if we author a custom URL for a category page or a product details page and do not include the recordid.c or recordid.p, the search results container will not display products, nor will the product details page. If it is possible to essentially hide the recordid and associate the search resutls container to the record id in a more "hidden" fashion, this would be good for URL structure in terms of best practices.
Please comment if you'd like clarificaiton.
Thanks,
Josh R

Make Channel Reference ID searchable from Customer Service and All Sales Order Screens
When a customer places an order in an online store they are provided a "Confirmation ID" for their order. It logically follows that when calling in about an order, a customer would expect to be able to provide that Confirmation ID for the CSR to look up and review their order.
As it stands now, the "Confirmation ID", which is known in HQ as the Channel Reference ID, is not a column that can be added in the "All Sales Orders" screen. Additionally, a CSR cannot look up an order from the "Customer Service" screen via Channel Reference ID.
Given that the Confirmation ID/Channel Reference ID is very likely to be referenced by a customer needing assistance, it would be very beneficial to be able to search the order with the Channel Reference ID as the parameter.
While the Channel Reference ID can be located currently, it is not without some effort, as it is relatively buried for a CSR. Adding this search capability would improve the QOL for both customers and CSR's.

Add support for product kits on eCommerce site.
Per a response we received from a support ticket, product kits are not currently allowed on the eCommerce site and are only allowed in POS. This support should extend beyond POS to eCommerce.
