  • Pressing Tab key to move from start time to end time in Appointment form, it resets the start time.

    I've been using CRM for a while now and after upgrade to "2015update1(7.1.1.3138)", all of a sudden the Tab button doesn't work.

    Before the update, when you type "2015/10/13 15:45" in Start Time field then press the tab key, it goes to End Time field with the entered start time being stayed as they were ("2015/10/13 15:45").

    After the update, when you type "2015/10/13 15:45" in Start Time field then press the tab key, it goes to End Time field with entered start time being reset like "2015/10/13 15:30" (go back to default time).

    A workaround is to make sure you click the end time after you have entered start time or turning on "legacy form rendering".

    It seems regression to me and affects daily data Entry task.

    So, please kindly fix the issue.

    Ability to show/hide alert message "unavailable at this time" warning on CRM appointments

    It would be very nice to have a such function as a default feature.

    I have a request from a customer who does not want to see the alert message like below;

    "ERROR is:The user is unavailable at this time."

    Many of our CRM users are frustrated by the warning message on CRM appointments stating that "(User) is unavailable at this time". Not only does this appear as a yellow warning on appointments, making them think that an error has occurred, but it also pops up when creating or updating appointments, meaning 1 extra click to save.

    On investigation, it seems that this is linked to the appointment Organizer - something that doesn't appear on the appointment form but is auto-populated with the create user. The warning appears whenever there are 2 or more appointments at the same time with the same Organiser.
