Standard practice is to use right mouse click open in new window or tab. This fails to work with either Chrome or IE. Results vary from just displaying the logo and never displaying the page to just a blank page with nothing in.

User of ERP like to have several pages open when comparing financial data

When setting up a migrated system there is a requirement to perform on demand backups and sometimes to restore these. This feature appears to be missing in this product

Users make mistakes in their daily work and it is not unusual for a member of the finance team to upload a lot of wrong data or delete data. Running year end without completing all the data changes is another common mistake. Not being able to perform an on demand backup prior to performing a destructive task is a big miss in this product. Conversely there needs to be a on demand restore function.

I have made changes within both the product and the office portal. The time it takes for these changes to take effect is way too slow. Users do not understand why they save a change and then do not see the change on a refresh page. Typical example is sandbox creation and copy users from Office. 

Another area that needs attention is the application of a new license/subscription for a user. This can take hours to take effect

It is rare for a customer to get all the take on data correct on the first attempt. They typically get balances wrong or take incorrect data. Only allowing the assisted setup to be run once is a major problem in migration that needs to be addressed ASAP.

The accountant hub is a good idea and my suggestion is to also have a reseller hub. The reason behind this is that customers regularly need support from the reseller and the reseller needs access to their system. To move a license from a customer user to the reseller user takes a while to complete and the reseller would need to wait for a customer user to log out while the work was completed. If a reseller hub was introduce this would fit well with the current workings of the accountant hub as it would be the same idea. There will only need to be one reseller license allowable per tenant.

We need to be able to import sales invoices into the system using an xl file. There is no Edit in Excel on the invoice entry screen. I would like this added to the screen to enable easy import and edit of sales invoices.
