Implement Configurable Adyen Datacenter Endpoints for Dynamics 365 Payment Connector for Adyen
During a recent Adyen EU outage, it was determined that Dynamics 365 Payment Connector for Adyen was utilizing the EU-based Adyen Datacenters. We have learned that this is hardcoded within the platform and not configurable. Merchants need the ability to control the Geo of the Datacenter they are connecting to for performance and privacy regulations. Support Microsoft Exchange Online OAuth Authentication for SMTP
Starting March 1, 2026, Microsoft will start to remove support for Exchange Online Basic client authentication for SMTP with full phase-out as of April 30, 2026. D365 10.0.44 only supports Basic (user name/password) SMTP authentication. We are reliant on this functionality to send emails.
D365 F&O needs to support OAuth SMTP authentication well in advance to the start of this retirement to prevent loss of critical functionality.

Enable Ability to Select Deployed D365 Sales Copilot Agents
My team has reported a large number of deployed Copilot Agents and corresponding Application Registrations (service principals) being created in Azure Entra. I am seeking the ability to control which agents are created and deployed.
Currently, there are 14 agents deployed per environment (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/sales/ai-agents-apps). As we move toward increased use of Unified Developer Environments (UDEs), the lack of control over agent deployment—and the automatic creation of associated service principals—will only compound this issue.
Like many D365 F&O customers, we currently do not use Dynamics 365 Sales, and customers should have the ability to control the deployment of these assets.
