Enable navigation bar within the Case Summary page to allow user to jump into different section

This two box to display the quantity of attachment and eComment.

By clicking the Attachment number, a pop up will appear. We can see the progress of each file and can preview the file.

• Reflect the EPV category in different color
• Cancel status is placed in the end and connected with RESOLVED status in dot.
• If case is cancelled at IN PROGRESS stage, then the BPF would directly move to Cancelled status 

• If SLA status is expired, would highlight in RED color.
• Each type of note would have different color.
• Up and down arrows to stand for incoming and outgoing
• Show the uploading process with different color
