• Customer voice GDPR compliance policies on answers received

    For some reason I can't currently identify if customer voice features GDPR compliance on customers answers received from surveys (e.g. knowingly or unknowingly SS, credit card). The option for unsubscribing is helpful from email distribution, however I can't currently identify whether there is compliance for answers received. (To enhance customer privacy).
  • Sales enterprise digital platforms option to identify links sources

    Wish we future feature the option to easily detect and database temporarily store potential source and links posted from social or professional platforms, for purpose to follow up with an specialized agent or user. Sometimes, potential consumers, maybe interested in alternative topics (e.g. view my item, support me an investment opportunity, view my job profile, social responsibility, etc...) Thank you, very much for being kind with our community. Note: Featuring a similar functionality from Azure portal and/or from compliances, maybe future ideal.
  • Sales Enterprise social platform link administration to monitor who, what, how and when

    Wish there is the option from sales enterprise to easily administer posting links for purpose to visualize: Who, what, how and when and track postings from social platform to an alternative platform. Not having the option to identify, visualize, track link postings and link administration transfers to alternative platforms. we may potentially not easily visualize potential results from origin postings from prospects, leads, social responsibility, job opportunities, investment opportunities, HR opportunities, talent opportunities, lead potential restrictions, etc...
  • Budget forecast based on marketing

    Wish we future feature the option to initiate a budget forecast (certain ledger accounts or range of accounts) based on marketing elements, hits, emails, replies, etc. Not featuring a budget forecast based on marketing, user may potentially conventionally forecast based on no facts, content, hits, broadcastings, postings, replies, words, etc.
  • Customer service voice of the customer survey distribution through Omnichannel Twilio SMS for customer service

    For some reason I can't currently identify whether there is an option to distribute surveys through Twilio SMS for omnichannel on Microsoft Dynamics 365 for customer service. Featuring Twilio SMS customer voice distribution maybe potentially helpful for short surveys plannings within What's up Twilio for customer service.
  • Customer voice design option to identify duplicated questions

    Future featuring the flexibility to include enhanced setting to prevent potential duplicated questions, maybe helpful. Not featuring question validation, user may potentially save timing when composing, reviewing survey questions before publishing.
  • Customer voice survey compose questions option to easy visualize-inquiry other survey design questions

    Currently the customer voice survey allows the user to easily compose questions and attach the potential answer or answer type. However, it does not have the option to easily visualize or inquiry other survey design questions from other surveys of potential similar question or survey type, for purpose to easily, temporarily, compare or confirm question survey composition. Featuring the option to visualize survey questions from other surveys, survey types or question category, user may potentially save time when advanced designing and confirming survey design questions.
  • Customer voice pipe data option for race variable from questions and dashboard generation

    Current pipe data variables does not include the option for race. Not featuring the race from pipe data variables, user may not potentially easily future generate dashboard based on consumer potential race. Featuring race pipe data, potential end user decision maker, may have additional alternatives to analyze dashboard based on potential consumer-target race.
  • Customer service goal metric units and goal metric unit conversion

    Future potentially featuring the inclusion of goal metric unit for purpose to potentially include a goal metric unit conversion (e.g. from hours to days or month), maybe helpful. Currently there is the option to set goal metric types, but there is no metric type in number of specified units.
  • Goal period grace in number of days

    Future featuring a goal period grace field in number of days or in goal metric units maybe potentially helpful, in the event potential goal metric may have not quite yet been accomplished. Featuring a grace in number of specified period or goal metric specified units, potentially management may have some consideration when running reports or when visualizing dashboards grace goal periods after the goal period end date.
