Auditing for Customizations / Maker Portal

Please let us know who updated which customization in/via the maker portal. We frequently would benefit from knowing who updated/created fields or changed apps or sitemaps or flows/workflows or any other solution component. Also the removal or addition of components to the solution would be very helpful.
