Function to import when both the Account name and any columns are the same

Sometimes there are records where the Account name is the same, but the optional "Office" column is different. We would like to be able to import a record when both the Account name and the "Office" column match, but currently no such functionality is available. Currently, we need to allow duplicates to be imported and then organize the records after import. Please consider the functionality to import when both the Account name and any columns match.
