Regarding the specification of synchronization tracking, it is possible to set it to "no email messages" in the individual settings.
However, we would like to be able to set this setting not on a per-user basis, but on an organization-wide basis.
Currently, this does not exist as a feature, so we look forward to be able to use this feature.
