When using activity views in Dynamics 365 using the 'new look' when you close a phonecall or any activity you will be redirected to the view you where on. This view does not show your updates or closing of activities on that record untill you refresh the page.
In the new look or when adressing an activity from the specific record in sitemap (for example using phonecall to open phonecalls instead of activities) this behaviour is absent and the view is updated when returning to it.
