Hiding 'Delete' Button on a Quick Campaign Table without Using Ribbon Workbench and JavaScript in Dynamics 365

I want to hide the Delete button in the quick campaign table.

However, we want to be able to hide without using security role control and ribbon benchwork.

For now, it may be possible to hide it using Java Script, but I would like to be able to hide the Delete button as a standard feature.
