Currently, when you create an appointment in Dynamics 365 (Online), it is automatically reflected in the Outlook appointment of the registered participant.
However, in some cases, it doesn't always need to be reflected in the participant's Outlook appointment.
Therefore, it would be great if participants could choose whether to reflect in Outlook appointments when creating appointments.
