In the past, with the Outlook client, we could copy the email in our inbox and track the original and the copy to different record, for example: the original email is tracked to account A and the copy is tracked to account B. In the new App for Outlook it's not achievable. if I track the original email to account A, the email record is created in Dynamics with regarding account A, but after I track the copy to account B, the same email record in Dynamics is being updated with regarding account B.
