There is no such a feature to bulk-edit multiple values on CSV format file of [Accounts] entity view exported from Dynamics 365 (online).
It would be user friendly if there is the feature to bulk-edit multiple fields and then import the edited CSV format file into the Dynamics 365 (online) environment.
