The ability to "pin" important timeline notes/posts to the top of the timeline control.

It would be useful to be able to "pin" important timeline notes/posts to the top of a record's timeline control.

Yes, have had this requested by a customer. Pinning any record type in the Timeline (activity, post, note) would be great - Much like a familiar feature in Discord.

I'm surprised this hasn't been implemented yet. I would also suggest to expand the pinning of records; i.e. once one or more records have been pinned, there should be a filter available to 'view pinned records only'.

This is really needed to keep important notes from being lost. There are often important account notes that need to be easily found by anyone opening a record.

My business users are requesting this functionality also. They use a text box instead so it won't get "lost" in the timeline.
