Add a function that allows customers to check the status of import jobs from other than data management view in UCI

When a user, who has been given import role, imports an Excel file from an entity view, it is possible to send import file. However, since the user does not have administrator role and cannot access some settings, the status of the import job cannot be checked in Settings> Data management> Import. If the status of the import job can be confirmed without moving to data management view, the convenience for customers will be improved.
