Suggested by Robert BOYERS – Rejected

I agree 100% This would truly help CRM become the xRM it wants to be when it grows up.

To expand on this, it would be great if 'marketing lists' were generalised to just 'lists'. I'd like a list of sales opportunities, of cases, of assets, of projects, of activities, of any custom or system entity. I need the ability to use Advanced Find-like queries to add records to my list, please.

I'm in complete agreement with Neil. Please expand Marketing List capability to be a general list capability that supports all custom entities (which are setup with Activities) and can generate any activity type against the custom entity.

Probably once of the most important features when considering customer communication, when creating new entities we should have an make avalaibel for Marketing,

Great feedback on this one folks - aligns well with many of the ideas we've discussed internally. We will consider this functionality for a future release. Best regards. Derik This posting is provided "AS IS" with no warranties, and confers no rights.
