When a open customer or vendor transaction is marked for settlement, no modification on payment amount relevant data should be possible, except from where original transaction has been marked.

At the moment it is possible to modify cash discount relevant data on open customer transactions (in customer transaction form or details open or settlement form called from customer/customer transactions), even if the transaction is already marked for settlement in a not posted customer/vendor payment journal.

Which leads to differences between the amount in the payment journal line and the settled amount of the marked transactions, so payment or invoice line/vouchers remains open even if customer payment journal is posted.

The current configuration of the GSTR-1 offline tool for india doen't cover alla the required excel section of the report. It will be usefull if alla the required section are automatticaly filled in by the system. In this way, users don't have to fill in it manually in the authority portal.

Wish there is an option to include trial balance print with remark comments spacing for each ledger main account, for purpose to feature as support document, write down findings. As support conventional document for research, inspection, investigation, review, etc...

Wish there is an option to easily identify a founder (e.g. vendor or employee, investors or other), for purpose to future easily list identify, and easily distribute and calculate potential preferable equity percentages, founder vendor evaluations (based on quantities of stock items/percentages/or other.)

Wish there is an option to easily print out a supporting proxy vote postal mail count, in addition to a digital form for purpose of dashboard generation, and centralized system information tracking.

Wish there is option to easily print proxy vote print out layouts, for purpose to easy postal mail.

Wish there is option to future include proxy vote document templates, for purpose to easily track proxy vote postal mail documents templates (e.g. to investors, board council, CFO, advisors, or others). (e.g. executive promotions, equity or preferred stocks, business decision, human resources hiring, layoff or executive promotions, dissolutions, merging and acquisitions, etc..)

Wish there is option to future include proxy vote number sequence, for purpose to easily track proxy vote postal mail documents (e.g. to investors, board council, CFO, advisors, or others).

Project and Inventory Journals Batch Auto Posting option should also be available like other Journals is having.

Wish there is an option to easily generate flashcard in 2 and/or 3 way comparison matching or not matching element profile.
