We will consider this for a future release.

Make archived sales documents available from customer card factbox
Suggested by Nicole Vonk - van der Horst – Needs Votes – 0 Comments
On the customer card, via the factbox (Sell-to/Bill-to) Customer Sales History, ongoing and posted sales documents for that customer are available.
Missing from that factbox are archived sales documents: archived quotes, orders, blanket orders and return orders.

BC25 - Appsource App installation as a delegated partner administrator
Suggested by Mark Fahrni – Needs Votes – 4 Comments
new in BC25 it is not possible anymore, to install a appsource app as a delegated partner for a customer environment. The only solution is shown in https://www.yammer.com/dynamicsnavdev/#/Threads/show?threadId=2971289036767232 but this is on a compliance view a no go.
There should be a easy way to install applications for a delegated partner, to support customers or when we need to onboard new customers easy and smoth.

Allow debugging any first level app
Suggested by Chris Blank – Needs Votes – 0 Comments
Some Apps from Microsoft set resource exposure policies to not allow debugging. from a developer experience perspective, this is not good and makes troubleshooting and traceability very difficult.

Option to push page customizations for multiple profiles or for all profiles at once
Suggested by Thilari Hettiarachchi – Needs Votes – 0 Comments
Page customizations must be configured for each profile separately which is a time consuming activity. Ability to apply the page customizations to all profiles or selected profiles will help to save lot of time for the consultants.

Ability to create customized tiles in the role centre from the User Interface
Suggested by Thilari Hettiarachchi – Needs Votes – 0 Comments
Currently the tiles can be customized from the development environment. It would be a big plus point if the consultants/ clients are able to select the table and the filters for the tile they need to configure.

Bring back the way to link files on factbox -> Links -> New link
Suggested by Dennis Arias (Tek Experts) – Needs Votes – 0 Comments
I have this case in which the customer uses a functionality on prem NAV2018.
This is no longer supported.
The customer wants to add links the way they used to do it on prem on the online version. But it does not exist. There are work arounds but rejects all of them because they don't want to.
Customer wants to bring back this:
On the on prem version:
factbox -> Links -> New link -> Then you see a 3 dot button that allows you to add the document you want to.
The 3 dots button is no longer displayed on the online version.
You have the work around in which you have a documents section. And you can also add a link to the document you want. But customer said that they and some other clients that have been using the unsupported nav2018 on prem version would like to keep doing things the same way as it works for them.

Sales Price List - Allow pricing by Item Category
Suggested by Richard Mayo – Needs Votes – 1 Comments
In the new pricing experiance, there are multiple ways of setting up sales pricing, currently the options are:
- Item
- Item Discount Group
- Resource
- Resource Group
- Service Cost
- G/L Account
What seems to be missing, is item category. Most businesses would be using 'Item Categories' to categorise their products/services so it would be fantastic to see a way to price by these categories. Some obvious examples (in my case would be)
Cost + x% on all widgets
Cost + x% on all gizmos
% discount on all things
Thanks

Option to delete users in Business Central
At the moment, you cannot delete users for auditing purposes. Users can be disabled or marked as inactive in Business Central, and you can revoke the licence via the Microsoft 365 admin center.
