Could you please add a functionality to change a "My Notifications" settings for all users.
E.g. the Unposted document warning is not very well liked and it takes a long time to change for all users for all companies

Yes!!!!! Very frustrating to change for all users. It should be excluded from all and chosen by exception.

The record can be inserted in the table User Preferance for every user. That should do the trick. It would be great though to be able to set defaults for those notifications per company for all users. Currently those two are often not desired: unreleased orders unposted documents

Don't have a problem with the defaults but there really should be an option to globally set for all users.
