We need the ability to change the color for Status Field option set in Customer Service.

  • As confirmed by the support team, this is a new feature of Wave 2 release. The color of Status field has always been unchangeable, and the background color was only introduced to the views after 2024 Wave 2. This new look can cause a bit of frustration to see clearly, and the ability to change it should be available, such as the Status Reason field.

  • One way this feature can be available is to turn off the background color by turning off New look, that way we can keep the existing settings before Wave 2.
