For live chat customers who get back on live chat widget, enable them to see the chat history in the past 90 days. which will provide better customer service experience.
An authenticated user wants to see the chat history after he/she comes back to the chat window. It helps the users to keep the same ground and continue an effective conversation with the service agent to keep up the satisfaction level.
This is very important user experience. without keeping history, users may have repeat their information and chat history again and again, and it will definitely trigger more compliant for a unhappy customer.
This is a very necessary customer requirement!
