Please enable instagram as a new channel , so that direct messages on instagram can be answered through omnichannel for service app in Dynamics 365.

  • Instagram is a tool widely used to sell, do businesses, and interact with customers. It's necessary add it as a channel. Many customers have asked me about Instagram integrated in the Omnichannel add-on.
