Wish there is an option to easily generate a product technical specification with easy tracking (e.g. number sequence) and easy transmission (e.g. conversion to PDF and email though outlook or python email conversion).
Not tracking product technical specification by customer including grand source of customer sales order invoice-quote-confirmation and not easily identifying legal entity product grand original and grand original revisions, user might potentially track outside the system or maybe tracking through Microsoft guides.
Featuring option to easily transfer from Microsoft guides (steps, pictures, instructions etc..), or Dynamics 365 Field service, BOM, user might potentially invest additional time in copying and pasting into a product maintenance technical specification from product information or customer product technical specification information.
