Future featuring the option to maintain technician TIP entries (e.g. diagnostics, repairs, installation) maybe helpful as a source of knowledge management to potentially share with other technicians and/or new associates for purpose to efficient our-technician services.
Not having the option to maintain technician tips entries, the user may potentially track technician tips outside the system.
