requesting the implementation of functions on the schedule board
Suggested by Kaisei Isobe – New – 0 Comments
Currently, it is not possible to check the utilization rate per person (ex: when linked to a project, when not linked to a project, when it includes vacation or absence, etc.) on the schedule board.
If it is only the utilization rate per resource per person, it is possible to check the utilization rate of one user by filtering resource utilization rate.
However, when it is linked to a project, when it is not linked, when it is included in vacation or absence, etc., it is not included in the calculation formula for displaying the resource utilization rate, so it cannot be confirmed.
In the future, it would be nice to be able to see per capita utilization rate (e.g., if you're working with a project, if you're not working with a project, if it includes vacations or absences, etc.) on the schedule board. Therefore, we would like to implement the feature.

Project invoicing - Changing the fee Billing Rule % or disable the fee rule for new invoice creation.
Suggested by Imane Ait Allal – New – 0 Comments
In a contract based on billing rule, the system doesn't allow changing a Fee Billing rule percentage for new transactions or for existing invoices.
The solution needs to provide an option to modify the Billing rule fee percentage or make it disabled for new invoice creation.

Missing timesheet email - Option for batch jobs for Non-working days
Suggested by Sreedhar Burgula – New – 0 Comments
Period type is Week with auto-split in case of month end. Week starts on Monday. Saturday and Sunday are not working days as per the calendar attached to the project resources.
Missing timesheet notification should not be sent if the period includes non-working days.
Example: There are cases, in which a period contains non-working days only. example: Saturday-Sunday, e.g. April 1- April 2, 2023.
Since these are non-working days, the users should not receive a missing timesheet email. Currently, it seems that this cannot be avoided.

Validation of Expense Report header financial dimensions
Suggested by Gary Siebenlist – New – 0 Comments
Expense report line Financial Dimensions are validated currently against the setup in the GL module, such as the Configured Account Structures and Advanced Rule Structures. All GL transactions need to be validated the same way, whether they originate from expense report lines or the header.
When a user clicks Submit to workflow, if there are any invalid account + financial dimension combinations, they will receive an error message and must correct the accounting before it will allow submit to workflow. The same validation should occur at the Header level of the expense reports to avoid users submitting expense reports with invalid header (AP) account + financial dimension combinations.

Reverse transaction feature is not working for the Open Supplier Invoices with the Project details
Suggested by Babu Suneel Kolamuri – New – 1 Comments
We are unable to reverse Invoice transactions from Open Vendor invoice form after they have posted the invoice when there is a Project involved. We are getting the below error message.
Voucher number xxxxxxxxxxxxx, transaction type Project - cost, and account number xxxx-xxx-xxx-xxx-xx can't be reversed.
It would be good for the end users experience to use the standard reverse transaction functionality instead of performing manual adjustment entry.

Date Customization
Suggested by Mico Guibani – New – 0 Comments
Hi,
We would like to request to have a Date customization base on the Comapany's Standard Format in Task Tab inside a Project.
YYYY-MM-DD
as this will be a big help for the company' standard formatting.
Thank you

System should consider exact amount in project cost transactions when doing negative PO lines on Project POs
Suggested by Archana Kaushik – New – 0 Comments
Current scenario: When using a service item with negative quantity on project PO, system posts different amount to posted project transactions. (This issue occurs whenever a project product receipt is posted, amounts are different every time).
The issue is only with service item using negative quantity.
Expected scenario: System should post the transactions for exact cost mentioned in the Project PO line, even if the quantity is negative.

Preserve Vendor Reference on Adjusted Project Transactions
Suggested by Martha Padilla – New – 0 Comments
Actual Outcome:
Currently, when a project transaction is adjusted in Dynamics 365 Finance, the vendor's name and id from the original transaction is removed—even though the original transaction included this detail. This behavior differs between expense and item transactions, and neither case retains the vendor reference post-adjustment.
Expected Outcome:
The vendor's name and id from the original transaction should persist even after adjustment. This would ensure consistency across expense and item transactions and maintain the integrity of vendor-based reporting. Ideally, the system should retain the vendor reference in both the adjusted and reversing entries or at least provide a configuration option to preserve this metadata.

Finance & Operations does not show "0" invoice proposals generated as non-chargeable from Project Operations.
Suggested by Salvador Espinosa – New – 1 Comments
When generating an invoice proposal from project operations, it is not synchronized in d365 f&o. The characteristics of this invoice proposal are that it is "0" and is not chargeable.
This request is for the system to synchronize invoice proposals in in d365 f&o. when generating invoices from project operations with "0" as non-chargeable.
Today this would be inconsistent data between project operations and in d365 f&o. This request is to ask the “0” invoice to be consistent with Project Operations and FSCM.
Contracted Invoices - consistent with all Invoice Proposal.

Automatically updating Expense report lines's dimensions when updating Expense report header's dimensions
Suggested by Darcy Nguyen – New – 0 Comments
At present, when modifying the Financial dimensions in the Expense report header, there is no feature available to automatically update the Financial dimensions in the Expense report lines. It would be beneficial to develop this new functionality to minimize the manual effort required when adjusting the Financial dimensions for Expense reports that contain multiple lines.
