Enable WMS inbound work for project purchase order lines marked with item requirements
WMS inbound work must be enable when using the mobile device purchase order receive process for purchase order lines related to project but marked with item requirements. In this case, there is no project issue transaction and the WMS outbound work is manage through the item requirement.
