Default timezone settings for environment
Currently it is not able to setup local timezone as default timezone for environment level, we can only set the timezone per user in the Personalization settings.
It is a good feature to have so the system admin can easily manage the environment.

Built in feature which can identify who created an unmanaged layer for any object within a managed solution.
Currently, we did not have any built-in method that can help identify the user that created the unmanaged layer for the managed component.
It would be great if we can have this feature available for deployment task and troubleshooting purpose.
