Ability to enable the escape sequence for a single byte in Japanese Orgs

Dynamics CRM Online does not offer record locking system to prevent 2 users overwriting a same record at the same time.
It might be possible to do it by deploying plug-in over UI.
However, it would be really great if exclusive control can be offered as the default functionality.
