Add onFocus and onCreate events to lookup fields.
Please add the onFocus event to the lookup field (and perhaps other input fields too). Also, it would be useful if there's an onCreate event for the lookup field, ie. this event fires when the user clicks on the "+ New" button in the lookup's drop down and before the user is taken to the new rec...
