Cannot directly open the attachments
In CRM 2011 there are only "Save" and "Cancel" buttons after clicking on the attachment. The users most often want to open and check the contents of the attachment. I recommend to make it available to directly open the attachment, like in the previous CRM versions.
Date and time input in dialogs
We lack the possibility to enter date and/or time types of input in dialogs. The possible scenarios are to plan a next call/appointment during a dialog. It would be very helpful.

After applying the CRM 2013 SP1 the report server returns an error instead of the pdf report. A bug or changed parameters?
