Add remote path location on RSAT extension for Azure DevOps Release pipelines
Add remote path location capability to RSAT extension task to be used on Release Pipelines, since RSAT cannot be installed on Microsoft managed environments, like Build servers. Right now the RSAT extension allows to set local path only.
