WYSIWYG HTML editing capability for campaign emails
Support the creation of HTML emails via a WYSIWYG editor for marketing campaigns. Ideally, the HTML generated would be viewable in Office 2003 on an XP box through to Office 2010 on a Windows 7 box.

Manual sales process
