As of now, in Schedule Board of Field Service, we can filter "Booking Requirements" only by Name.
It would be nice for customers to have a capability to filter by other columns like "From Date", "Status", etc...

[Behavior enhancement request] Interactive Service Hub: Behavior when creating mail
When user edit multiline of email body with Interactive Service Hub, unnecessary line breaks will be entered on email body.
If user press <Shift + enter> on end of line, unexpected line break is not incerted to email body, but always use <shift + enter> is not make sense.
Permission to stop sharing a records
Currently, only the owner can stop sharing a records.
However, we would like the system administrator to be able to stop sharing a records from the viewpoint of security and usability.
