After the quote status is won, we should not be able to revise a quote from a previous rev
If I have a quote with 5 revs and rev 5 is won, I should not be able to pull rev 4 or any previous revs and revise the quote and create a rev 6. It should act similar to how you can't have a draft or active quote if one already exists.
