Mailbox Alert Issue


When the user logs into CRM alert is displayed. But customer don't want to visible those alerts. we tried removing privileges on Trace entity and told customer that it is a by design issue so he is expecting this update in his next version.

Productivity pane is not loading


In customer service workspace the productivity pane is not loading for the first time we open any record, If we open one more record (Shift+click) or go back to home then the pane displays in both the records.
