History of customer journeys against the customer record


It would be great to see a history of customer journeys a customer has been a part of from the contact table, there is an existing one for subscriptions but we are seeing a need from our customer to have a summary of customer journeys they have been involved.

Cloning/Save As Event Naming convention


When using an existing event and selecting "Save As", a new event is created with the same name as the clone.

Realtime customer journey templates


I am not sure if this has been raised previously. However, a client of mine is requesting real-time customer journey templates as some of their customer journey can get a bit complex, have a template will save time instead of having to create one each time.
